As a Mini Bar Services Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the Mini Bar financial effort. Your role is essential to optimizing revenue and minimizing debt. You will also serve as the main point of contact for all department related inquiries.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Review charges/credits in the Mini bar Suspense/Dispute accounts
- Move credits/charges to the correct guest folio
- Settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner
- Research variances to ensure charges are posted correctly
- Research all guest disputes
- Work closely with the accounting team
- Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries
- Direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar to corresponding departments
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Six (6) months of customer service experience
- Six (6) months Accounting or Finance experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) platform
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Alcohol Awareness Card/ TAM Card
- Food Handler Card/ Health Card
