PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining guest room's Mini Bar. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
- Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room's Mini Bar
- Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet for Mini Bar stock
- Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms
- Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service
- Report mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
