Job Details
We are seeking a Mill CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about precision, loves to solve complex problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and improving CNC programs, setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery, and ensuring all parts meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and improving CNC programs using Fusion 360.
2. Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC mill machinery.
3. Interpreting complex blueprints and using GDT to ensure parts are made to exact specifications.
4. Working with 4-axis CNC machinery and ensuring optimal running conditions.
5. Troubleshooting any issues with the machinery or programs and implementing effective solutions.
6. Adhering to AS9100 standards and company policies at all times.
7. Collaborating closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
8. Continually improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
9. Creating and modifying G and M code programs.
10. Ensuring all safety procedures are followed and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC mill Programmer/Setup Machinist or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Fusion 360, and other relevant software.
3. Extensive experience with 4-axis and 5 axis CNC machinery.
4. Strong understanding of GDT and ability to interpret complex blueprints.
5. Proficiency in G and M code programming.
6. Knowledge of AS9100 standards.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
