SALARY RANGE: Contract hourly rate according to current contract agreement
CONTRACT LENGTH:Summer School Program: June 10, 2024 to July 12, 2024
7:30am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
June 19 (Holiday), July 4 (Holiday) No school on July 5, 2024
Mandatory Training Session (onsite) June 6 & 7 8:00am - 3:00pm
Hourly stipend provided.

The position requires that staff must be present throughout the duration of the entire Migrant Summer Program. Vacations must be taken prior to the start date of June 10, 2024 or after July 12, 2024. The position also requires flexible scheduling of work responsibilities.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees all aspects of the Migrant Summer School. The Site Administrator is responsible for the following:
- Maintains order, safety, and discipline
- Communicates with Director and staff of MRSC - Region I
- Supervision and coordination of all Summer School staff
- Implementation of the curriculum and monitors instruction
- Monitors assessments and MPOs
- Monitors daily operations
- Works with Director of Migrant Regional Service Center - Region 1
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
- Must have a valid administrator's license, prefer fluent Spanish/English Speaker
- Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Candidate must be able to work closely with a team
- Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work with parents, students, teachers/tutors and MRSC/Region 1 and IDOE staff

- Excellent technology skills - complete knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding staff and student information
- Must be able to handle and help move boxes of supplies as needed
