This is an opportunity to become part of an organization focused on providing comprehensive, quality healthcare through an integrated and collaborative system.
- 1:5 OB call, 1:6 hospital call
- 1:3 C-section
- 4.5 work-week
- Base salary starts at $275k and the physician is eligible for a percentage of collections as quarterly bonuses. Current physicians are averaging over $320k.
- Sign-on bonus is $25,000 and relocation assistance is up to $10,000.
- Benefits, 403(b) plan with matching, malpractice insurance, 35 Days, and 1 week for CME plus an allowance of $5,000.
- Student loan assistance is available directly from the hospital of $25k per year, up to $100k over 4 years.
- Student loan assistance is also available through state and federal programs.
