Physician - Family Medicine W/Ob

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine w/OB physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – North Branch.  Join our busy and growing practice located in the hub of North Branch.

Practice Details:

• 13 provider primary care practice.
• Onsite services including Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Eye Clinic, and more.
• Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
• Openings: 0.8 FTE to 1.0 FTE.
• Deliveries in Wyoming, MN
• Call (low intensity).
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
• H1B Visa accepted

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
• BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
