Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within a designated business size and vertical. As an Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with potential customers, diving deep into their needs and matching the value of our SaaS solutions and Professional Services to their business goals.
Additionally, you will work in tandem with USAN’s Enterprise Sales Executives to identify and nurture mid-tier and large enterprise opportunities. Here’s what you will do:
- Act as a trusted advisor: Build relationships with prospective customers and help them revolutionize their customer experience through our Realm product suite: https://www.usan.com/contact-center-solutions/realm/
- Own the sales cycle: From outbound calls to closing deals, you will own the full-cycle sales process and be in control of your success
- Nurture prospects: Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns
- Partner with the business: Collaborate with Marketing to effectively engage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to comprehensively understand their business challenges and requirements
- Be a product expert: Develop a profound understanding of USAN’s products and services, including their features, benefits, and differentiators so that you can articulate product and service value propositions adeptly to potential customers
- Hit your goals: Work diligently towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for both direct sales and collaborative sales with USAN’s Enterprise Sales Team
- Grow your career: Become an expert in sales principles, processes, and practices.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably with a background in selling SaaS products and professional services in a technology-related industry
- Experience running deals from prospect to close
- Strong consultative sales experience: you’re curious and have exceptional closing skills
- Experience bringing sharp focus to your goals and a strong belief that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help you succeed
