QUALIFICATIONS:
The teaching position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field from a four-year College or University. Must be certified by the Wisconsin Department of Instruction (Math license preferred). At least one year of previous teaching experience in a related area teacher is preferred. Must be creative, flexible, tech-savvy, and ready to be part of a team leader in Math education and STEM.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is in a classroom environment where the noise level can be low/moderate depending on instructional plans. You may have to sit or stand for long periods. It may be necessary to walk up and down stairs throughout the day. This may include lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares standards-aligned lesson plans that follow the Math curriculum.
- Collaborates with teammates about best practices and teaching strategies that support student learning.
- Collaborates with teachers in other content areas to produce cross-curricular projects and assignments.
- Engages students in the Science program using a hands-on learning approach.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with colleagues, administration, and families.
- Uses data collected using formative and summative assessments to discuss and inform instruction.
- Attends meetings, conferences, and in-service, and participates in special events of the school and the agency.
