Midas is seeking an Assistant Store Managerfor our Indianapolis locations. If you have management experience in an automotive service and repair environment, we want to have a conversation with you!
A successful Assistant Store Manager understands automotive service and repairs and can explain the technical aspects in layman's terms. Understanding the importance of preventive maintenance and necessary repairs then selling those essential services is a must. You must be a people-person and have a genuine interest in helping customers keep their vehicles running well.
Additional Assistant Store Manager duties include:
- Writing customer estimates
- Scheduling appointments
- Ordering parts and supplies
- Supervision of the store staff in Store Manager's absence
Good computer skills and excellent phone etiquette are additional requirements for this position.
Pay starts at $900.00 weekly depending upon experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer benefits including paid time-off, paid holidays, retirement, employee discounts, and direct deposit. Manager shirts are provided as well.
