Assistant Store Manager

```Duties```
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Drive retail sales by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting products
- Assist in employee orientation, training, and development to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient staff
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability
- Assist in budgeting and financial management to meet sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle shift management responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of employee orientation, training, and development practices
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in pricing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
