Assistant Store Manager/ Operations
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Oversee and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Train and develop sales associates to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Assist in visual merchandising and store layout to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle escalated customer complaints and find appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong wireless sales experience preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows effective communication with diverse customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in training development to enhance the skills of the sales team
- Proven ability in team management to motivate, coach, and lead a team towards success
- Knowledge of buying processes to assist in product selection and inventory management
- Shift management experience to ensure smooth operations during different shifts
- Proficient in budgeting to monitor expenses and maintain financial targets
