Summary

Accurate Analytical Testing has been an established leader in the Lead testing industry for going on twenty years producing nearly 1 million samples annually from all across the country. We are a fast growing, family owned, small business that is looking to bring on new-motivated team members to grow with our organization.

Accurate Analytical Testing is seeking to fill a full time Mid Shift clerical position. The main duty of this individual will be to perform data entry on a daily basis in order to facilitate the timely entry and release of client jobs. Individual must be a proficient typist. In addition, the individual will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, and working within our LIMS system.

Essential Functions

· Data Entry

· Releasing of client job reports on a daily basis

· Entering client jobs into our LIMS(Laboratory Information Management System) program to enable the sample preparation process daily

· Answers telephones and email communications with customers on a daily basis.

· Must have an ability to multitask

· Greets and directs visitors to the company.

· Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.

· Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.

· Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

Work Environment

· This job operates in a professional yet casual office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Individual will be using a computer for the majority of their day

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full time position working 40+ hours per week. Scheduled hours will be Monday through Friday. The shift hours will be 11am-7:30pm.

Salary

This position starts at $12.50-$16/hour with an increase in hourly rate at the successful completion of your 90 day probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
