Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Energy Analyst (Energy/Water Analysis) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities:
- The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
- The contractor shall independently produce timely, relevant all-source analysis on water/energy infrastructure, resources, and economic impact on regional and global stability for countries in the CENTCOM AOR.
- Using DNI/DIA analytic tradecraft standards provide anticipatory analysis, actionable intelligence, joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment, situational awareness, and capability assessments within the CENTCOM AOR to CDRUSCENTCOM and staff to support achievement of USCENTCOM objectives.
- Initiates collaborative production/support to plans & operations efforts as appropriate.
- Networks with IC counterparts & stakeholders to ensure effective external coordination & collaboration on production; communicate with relevant CENTCOM Divisions/Directorates to ensure internal synchronization.
Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor
category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 12 years, as a substitute to the Bachelor’s degree.
