The Teams Support Engineer will provide engineering and third level of support for all Microsoft Teams platform and related services during Eastern Time Zone. A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate deep technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Teams. Analyze, architect, design and deliver solutions on the following Teams platform components. This will involve governance, prototyping, solutioning, blueprints, road-mapping, technical delivery and syndication with multiple stakeholders and peer technical groups through detailed documentation & presentations. Architecture and engineering of Microsoft Teams, providing guidance and deep technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment. Must be able to talk about Teams and Office 365 Platform Services across all organizational levels (Technical, PM's and Executives).

Experience with/and Troubleshooting Knowledge Of:
- Experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Teams and AudioCodes SBC's.
- Experience with migrating to Teams.
- Experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Modern Authentication
- Must have experience with Teams and AudioCodes.
- Experience with Teams Phone System and Poly (HP) Devices
- Experience deploying and configuring Teams audio, video and telephony solutions as well as integration with Exchange/Office 365 Unified Messaging
- Experience integrating Teams with other unified communications systems (chat, media, video, voice)
- Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills as well as collaboration skills. Able to convey technical concepts to individuals without prior technical knowledge or understanding of topics.
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful upgrades, installations or integration activities
- Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging
- Worked with SfB logging tools and in depth understanding of SIP and SfB logs.
- Experience with Audiocodes OVOC
- Experience working with Voice Gateways (example: Audiocodes, Sonus, Oracle)
- Ability to perform client testing, server patching and deployment assistance.
- Implement, support, and maintain customers' Exchange environment
- Writing assessment, design, migration and operational support documents.
- Provide technical guidance to delivery teams during the course of managed services engagements
- Top tier escalation for critical errors in customer environments
- Technical deep dives and Root Cause Analysis
- Assist with the design and development of Continuants proprietary monitoring and remote management tools
- Manages, evaluates performance of, provides feedback to, coaches, and provides career guidance to Analyst and Consultant level team members
- Microsoft Certification in at minimum one of the following MCSE, Messaging, Communication, Azure, Office 365 and/or Productivity
- Minimum 7 years relevant systems engineering and/or infrastructure experience
- ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Solution and Operations Framework certification is a plus
- Must have experience with Skype for Business on premise and Online
- Experience with migrating to Teams
- Must have experience configuring AudioCodes
Responsibilities

- Previous experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role is preferred
- Microsoft Certifications are preferred
- Relevant Cloud Engineer training and/or certifications
