Documents sample ID and microorganism growth results. Promptly communicates findings that fall outside allowable limits. Responsible for inventory of micro lab supplies.
Stores and maintains retention samples. Reconciliation of daily micro log with the inventory system to ensure all production samples are plated. Manage positive release of product in inventory system.
Samples purchased products (micro-testing and grading).
