Job Title:Metal Finisher/Line Operator
Company/Location: Nico Products - Minneapolis, MN

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for various machine-specific functions, from setting up equipment, loading products, and operating machinery, to monitoring and optimizing efficiency, maintaining machines and performing quality checks.
- Ability to create and critique job routings to ensure quality while maintaining desired production levels
- Ability to operate and control automated plated lines safely
- Oversee rack/tier set up by helpers
- Oversee packaging of completed work
- Check work regularly to ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality expectations.
- Complete all required paperwork for each job.
- Lead and train helpers or rackers working with you
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Ability to work independently and as a team

- Ability to stand, twist, lift, pinch, walk, bend, kneel as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer entry skills (preferred)

Shift Schedules:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday ( OT as scheduled )
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday - Thursday ( OT as scheduled )
- Training on 1st shift for 1-3 months
Wage Range: Starting at $24/hr + $2 shift differential
Signing Bonus: $5000 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)
