We are looking for skilled fabricators with at least five years of layout experience. Applicants should have experience with structural steel welding, tig preferred. Our ideal candidate will be able to layout structural steel from blueprints (after confirming prints with field measurements) with minimal/no supervision. We are a job shop, not a production shop - if you want to work on a variety of projects, you'll enjoy working here.
We are happy to provide some training in the shop (and can provide welding certifications in-house), but we are looking for somebody with the confidence and skill to get the work done and handle walk-in jobs start to finish. The vast majority of our work occurs in the shop, but there is occasional travel for on-site work in Trinity, Shasta, and Del Norte. We know most prefer the comfort of home, so we keep trip durations to a minimum.
