Job Description
We are looking for a thorough full-time MES Specialistin Stanton, TN. The position will undertake the responsibility of analyzing, designing, testing and developing processes for the Manufacturing Execution Systems. You will Implement improvements on the Manufacturing Execution System processes and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize MES systems to track production performance to establish standards, KPIs, and benchmarks
- Will specifically be focused on Electrode, Assembly, Formation and Module based information
- Manage the production planning and operation by leveraging the systems potential
- Point of contact when system malfunctions and provide immediate support
- Develop and implement improvements and efficiencies for process, quality and equipment management
- Lead training sessions for users on MES systems
- Provide ongoing support to team members, cultivating an atmosphere of continual learning and system efficiency
- Work proactively to deal with plant issues, troubleshoot system problems, and implement preventative measures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Extensive experience in database management, specifically when it comes to Oracle/SQL Server environments
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration
- Experience with MES Systems
- Experience with .NET, C#, JAVA
- Proficient working with production equipment
- PLC/HSMS/TIB communication protocols
- Proven ability with tools and programming languages and resolving issues for ERP and Groupware systems (i.e. SQL, .NET, SAP, ABAP)
- Well-rounded working within an ERP system to resolve any issues, enhance administrative efficiency, etc.
