Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a part-time Mergers & Acquisitions Internto support our Mergers & Acquisitions group.


In this role, the Mergers & Acquisitions Intern will assist with day-to-day responsibilities and investigate and assess opportunities to expand Toll Brothers into new markets around the country.


The Intern will work directly for the Managing Director, M&A to assist in researching markets and preparing market studies for divisions and senior management to use in deciding whether to enter new markets.


Other responsibilities may include:

  • Performing profitability, land use and financial analyses
  • Participating in due diligence
  • Collecting proforma input data (house costs, land development costs, permit costs, etc.)
  • Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections
  • Land opportunity mapping, and ranking, and competitive market analysis

Qualifications

We seek students currently enrolled in their Sophomore or Junior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development or a related field, and are interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has solid analytical skills, and an understanding of complex financial analysis.


Unlike other internships, this is a part time, but full year position. We are not only looking for a candidate for the summer but seek a candidate that would like to work up to 5-10 hours per week during the school year.
