Perkins Coie is seeking a Mergers & AcquisitionsAssociate Attorney to join our Chicago, Denver, Portland, or Seattle offices. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent academic credentials and at least four years of experience handling private equity and/or mergers and acquisitions work, preferably at a national law firm. Compensation is $295,000 -$415,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
