One of our financial institution clients is looking for a Program Manager to support the management and evolution of the Merchant Offers program. The Merchant Offers program is available to ~27MM customers within the US branded and proprietary cards business and provides customer access to ~200 cashback offers across key spend categories (travel, dining, retail, ext).
We are looking for someone who has experience managing multiple workstreams, collaborating across cross-functional internal and external teams, and owning end to end deliverables. This role will support the day-to-day management of the program and the development of a long term strategic vision.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the progression of 2024 roadmap and play a key role to drive forward strategic initiatives - including but not limited to marketing, digital, and analytical priorities.
- Support the execution of an evolved customer communication plan and support the development of long-term strategy.
- Monitor program key performance indicators and proactively identify trends and areas of opportunity.
- Work directly with partner and Third-Party Unit ("TPU") on key project deliverables.
- Work directly with internal Loyalty Process Operation "LPO" team to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives; lead the process to obtain necessary control and change management approvals.
- Provide support to customer service and define opportunities to improve the servicing experience.
- Own end to end issue management; lead communication with key external and internal partners to define the issues, next steps, and drive forward resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Exposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or merchants preferred; prior experience with Financial Services is preferred.
- Experience in delivery of projects / programs of diverse size in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
- Able to manage a multiple, simultaneous workstreams.
- Ability to work with cross functional internal and external partner.
- Develop strong presence in the client organization extending beyond the immediate boundaries of the program.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Able to define scope, timelines, and budgets in a clear, concise language in writing and verbally. Able to report on issues, risks, progress, timelines etc. accurately and summarize effectively offering analysis, options, and credible solutions.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally, and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources.

The starting pay range for this role is $40.00/HR - $45/HR. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
