Merchant Cash Advance (Mca) Underwriter

The LCF Group (located in New Hyde Park) is an established MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) direct funder. We provide funding to small businesses in the form of a Merchant Cash Advance. We purchase their future receivables and are repaid via daily ACH debits or a percentage of their credit card sales. We have been in business since 2011 and are growing rapidly. This is a fast paced, high pressure position in a highly competitive industry. We are looking for an ambitious Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Underwriter!

This is a full time in-office position, located in New Hyde Park, NY. Hours are 9 AM-6 PM Monday through Friday.

Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Underwriter Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing credit and background reports
• Reviewing court record searches
• Reviewing application and bank statements
• Reviewing businesses debt to income and ability to afford payments
• Pricing Merchant Cash Advances

Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Underwriter Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience underwriting Merchant Cash Advances or similar commercial finance products
• Professional
• Detail oriented
• Must be comfortable working on a computer all day - we are a paperless office
• Must be able to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
• Must be a team player! With the ability to work independently
• College degree is a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
