Merchandising Program Specialist

Position Overview: As a Ecommerce Merchandising Program Specialist at MakarttPro, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement and supply chain activities. This junior-level position is designed for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in procurement or ecommerce, who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to optimize partnerships.
• Order Management: Place and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive pricing. Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings.
• Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Generate reports on key performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes. Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Chinese Written and Speaking Ability is not a requirement, but a plus.
• 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, procurement, supply chain, or ecommerce.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
