Merchandise Prep Coordinator


Job Summary:

The Merchandise Prep Coordinator is responsible for unpacking and preparing merchandise for photography. This position collaborates with the Shoot Coordinators and the photography teams to ensure merchandise is processed correctly. This position is located at the Pinnacle Photo Studio.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Unpacks merchandise from vendors, buying office, and stock
  • Secure and organize packaging for easy travel throughout the Photo Studio
  • Prepare merchandise for photography as needed based on category
  • Repackage merchandise to be returned back to the Shoot Coordinator after photography
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by Manager as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Organized, efficient, and self-motivated
  • Able to prioritize effectively, multi-task, problem solve, and work independently
  • Previous experience in retail, service, or other fast paced environments a plus
  • Strong follow up and follow through to make sure all tasks are taken to full completion
  • Demonstrates initiative and positive can-do attitude
  • Must work confidently in teams and take direction from Manager
