We specialize in Mercedes-Benz and work on all models from classic restoration to modern performance upgrades. In this position, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining and repairing vehicles. Your duties will include monitoring inventory, inspecting vehicles, and diagnosing issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid knowledge of basic mechanic’s tools, service, and diagnostic equipment. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary
- Maintain accurate work logs, repairs, and maintenance records
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Perform vehicle assessments and alert management/clients on issues that will prohibit their vehicles from running properly
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Associate degree or Certification from a vocational school or trade school is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
