We are seeking a Weekend only Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will greet clients coming in for appointments, help direct them to where they need to go, receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, and direct the caller to their destination. Among other administrative task.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
• Greet clients arriving for their appointments
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist the managers with various administrative task as needed; reports, data entry, organizing/filing.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Stock-in vehicles, process inventory documents using CDK system
• Check-in vehicles (requires working outdoors on occasion)
• Manage keys using Key Track system
• Arrange transportation for vehicles. Track & maintain inventory using scanner.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends
• Experience in a Customer Service role a must
• Ability to keep a calm demeanor during stressful situations
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management
• Professional personal appearance
• Clean driving record'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
