JOB SUMMARY:
Delivers direct services such as crisis intervention, case management, counseling, adjunctive therapies, and screening. When necessary and applicable to program guidelines, serves as a Mental Health consultant and performs off-site activities. Services are delivered in consideration of age appropriate/developmental needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field,
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience POST bachelor degree working full time in the behavioral health field,
Candidate must have a valid driver license and ability to drive agency vehicles during outreach calls Some job responsibilities may include: assessment of consumers in the community, assist clinical team with the care of the pts, vital signs, phlebotomy
The candidate will be required to work every other weekend and some holidays.

$20.96 minimum to $25.76 maximum Hourly Rate
