Qualifications
- Proven experience in proper and adequate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of AC units.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
