Job Description
Aspire365 is seeking Individual and FamilyTherapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCMHC, or similar) to work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver care to individuals and families. This is an employed or contracted part-time position where services are delivered to the client through in-office and/or telemedicine visits. Aspire365 has a specific mission—to deliver the highest quality evidence-based care to anyone suffering from mental illness or a substance use disorder. This is accomplished by changing the way treatment is delivered. This is an intensive evidence-based program to treat a chronic illness.
In this role, you will interact with clients and families, referral sources, field staff, and members of the local medical community. By providing evidence-based approaches and working side by side with each member of the Recovery Support Team, your engagement with clients and community partners will provide valuable resources and support. This essential role, and the valuable work you provide, will allow clients to receive effective care and help them develop the necessary skills to create a life of independence and sobriety.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Demonstrating and communicating the core values of Aspire365
Be knowledgeable in and utilize effectively the Aspire Curriculum
Tasks and reviews completion, understanding, and progress with the client throughout the program
Address past trauma and events that have led to substance use
Coordinate with Recovery Support Team on the treatment plan
Adjust ongoing treatment plan according to client’s needs
Work with client on implementation of skills learned
Perform screenings and assessments
Participate in bi-weekly/monthly Clinical Coordination Meetings
Aftercare planning
Provide detailed feedback and maintain clinical observations on clients
Adhere to professional and ethical work standards
Maintain compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications:
HIPAA Compliance and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance
Competence with Electronic Medical Record Documentation
Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions
Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications
Maintain current, active professional liability insurance (with $1M/$3M limits or higher)
Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency, including access to a secure personal computer with a webcam and high-speed internet connection
Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Ability to periodically travel to a client's residence
License in the Commonwealth of Virginia and State of residence
Job Type: Part-Time
Experience: 1 year (Preferred) / some SUD experience (Required)
Education: Master's Degree (Required)
License: License as Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar) (Required)
Supervised Hours: Licensees needing supervised hours will be considered.
Work Location: Telemedicine, and/or in-person (licensed office)
