```Duties``` - Provide direct support and counseling to individuals with Mental Health disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. - Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and interventions. - Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans. - Offer counseling services to children and families, focusing on improving communication and coping skills. - Utilize special education strategies to support individuals with learning disabilities or developmental delays. - Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions. - Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of Mental Health therapy. ```Qualifications``` - Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field. - Valid state license or certification as a Mental Health Therapist. - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles. - Familiarity with coding systems for insurance billing purposes. - Strong assessment skills to accurately diagnose Mental Health disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
