Mental Health Specialists - Ethnic Wellness Program

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill three (3) Mental Health Specialistspositions. These are full-time positions in the Ethnic Wellness Program in the Adult/Older Adult Outpatient Division of Gardner's Behavioral Health Department. Under general supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Specialist provides psycho-social services to adults and children. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Gardner Health Services is now offering hiring bonuses for qualified Mental Health Specialists and Mental Health Therapists! Mental Health Specialist with a Bachelor’s Degree will receive a $5,000 bonus and Mental Health Therapist’s with a Master’s Degree will receive a $7,500 bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Mental Health Specialist:

  Step 1: BA degree and up to three (3) years of experience and/or AA degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience.

  Step 2: BA degree and up to four (4) years of experience and/or AA plus six (6) years of relevant experience.

Compensation:

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

MHS/MHRS: $64,917.08 - $75,256.69/Annually
