They will be asked to handle multiple priorities and to show independent discretion/decision making skills. They will need to make decisions under pressure, manage stress and work well with others. They will need to manage non-compliant behaviors using appropriate CPI techniques.

- BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
- CPI within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
