Responsibilities: THE JOB IS LOCATED IN OWINGS MILLS MARYLAND (STARTING THE 2ND-3RD WEEK IN APRIL) BUT WILL BE NOTIFIED IF HIRED ON MARCH 29, 2024
- Schedules client appointments for multiple therapists
- Collects client copays, deductible and coinsurance from SQUARE and PayPal to be applied directly to the clients account,
- Inputs /creates as chart for new clients in EHR (ICA Notes)
- Obtains MA initial authorizations and expired authorizations for care through Incedo.
- Verifies all new clients insurance for initial appointment as well as monthly.
- Serves as administrative support for therapists, CEO, psychiatric medical director and clinical director
- Greet and assist clients at the Front Desk with a great attitude
- Answers phone calls in a professional manner, speaking clearly and concise
- Perform data entry and maintains accurate records in ICA notes
- Manages school- based roster. and office based roster in a excel spredasheets
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and e- faxing as well as maintaining 5 email inboxes

- Must follow directions to follow through with tasks assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years previous experience in an office or administrative role preferably Mental Health or healthcare
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a MUST
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette #1 PRIORITY
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Must be able to maintain client's privacy
-MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION AS THIS ROLE MAY MAY BE REQUIRED TO COVER THE FRONT DESK IN OUR TOWSON OFFICE
