Salary```Duties``` - Provide direct social work services to individuals, families, and groups in various settings. - Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Assist clients in accessing and navigating community resources and support services. - Advocate for clients' rights and ensure their needs are met. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services. - Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or challenging situations. - Conduct home visits to assess living conditions and provide necessary interventions. - Document all interactions, assessments, and interventions in a timely and accurate manner. ```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field. - Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker. - Knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines. - Experience in crisis management and intervention techniques. - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead a team. - Knowledge of workforce development programs and resources. - Familiarity with child welfare policies and procedures. - Understanding of behavioral health issues and treatment modalities. - Proficient in conducting social work assessments and developing care plans. - Experience in motivational interviewing techniques. - Ability to mentor and provide guidance to individuals seeking assistance. - Knowledge of childcare resources and services.
