We are currently seeking one full-time therapist for our location in Arlington, Texas. The prospective therapist must be fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LP) by the State of Texas. **Please note we are NOT ACCEPTING ASSOCIATES at this location.
The prospective team member will have flexible working hours. We do encourage new therapists to offer some evenings or weekend hours to see clients. Full Time Therapists see approximately 30 clients per week with the remaining hours spent on any administrative duties. Therapists will be able to create their own schedule as long as the aforementioned criteria are met. Therapists will be required to do some marketing and networking (training and support provided).
Logos offers two payroll structures so you can choose the one that fits you the best. We have a salaried structure that offers flexibility in scheduling, a steady income, and paid time off.
