Mental Health Clinician

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICIAN: We are looking for new providers to add to our team!

Hourly pay:

Associate Clinicians: $38/hour

Licensed Clinicians: $40/hour

Alona Wellness Center is an inclusive, trauma-informed, clinician-centered, behavioral health group based in Everett, Washington.

This is a full-time or part-time in-clinic, tele-commute, or hybrid position for a Mental Health Clinician or Associate Clinician. The Mental Health Clinician will provide behavioral health services to individuals, with the option to also provide services to couples, and families, through a variety of evidence-based therapeutic practices. Responsibilities include completing assessments, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, maintaining accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system, and coordinating care with community partners when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field from an accredited university
• Maintain an active license with no restrictions, in the state of Washington: LICSW/LSWAIC, LMFT/LMFTA, LMHC/LMHCA, or equivalent
• Compassionate, caring and committed to social justice
• Experience using evidence-based practices/therapeutic models: CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc
• Utilize motivational interviewing, behavior activation, and mindfulness techniques
• Ability to provide behavioral health assessments, diagnose, develop and implement treatment plans
• Establish goals and milestones with clients
• Familiarity with electronic health records for documentation
• Prefer at least 1 year experience in a clinical setting and/or acute medical or Mental Healthcare setting, either inpatient or outpatient
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages preferred
• Experience using an electronic medical record system is desirable
