Scheduling & Administration:
- Answering and returning incoming client phone calls, messages, and emails
- Scheduling client appointments
Billing:
· Submitted medical claims via Therapy Notes, and external platforms
· Tracking client outstanding billing accounts
· Collecting copays and client payments
Marketing and Community Outreach:
· Assisting with the development and implantation of marketing strategies to attract new clients. This could include managing social media presence, updating the practice’s website, and community outreach initiatives.
Staff Coordination and Support:
· Assisting in the coordination of staff schedules, managing leave requests, and providing administrative support to the clinicians. This role could also involve organizing staff meetings and coordinating continuing education opportunities.
Quality Control and Improvement Initiatives:
· Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to improve client care. This could involve collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and staff and suggesting improvements to clinical processes and practices.
Professional Liason:
· Acting as a point of contact between the Mental Health practice and other professional entities such as hospitals, other clinics, and community organizations.
Client Education and Resources:
· Developing and providing educational materials and resources for clients, such as information brochures, workshop coordination, or support training facilitation.
Grant Research and Funding Opportunities Coordination:
· Regularly searching for grant opportunities from government entities, private foundations, and other funding organizations that align with the practices goals, and services.
· Monitoring and reporting. Keeping track of application deadlines, monitoring the status of submitted applications, and managing reporting requirements for any secured funding.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
