We are looking for a Memory Care Unit Specialist -LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse.
** $31 to $39.50 per hour based on license and experience **
** DAY SHIFT **
** 16 residents; enhanced staffing ratio; IN-2L Specialized Memory Care Program **
** 10-minute commute from Cincinnati **

Memory Care Unit LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Kentucky State Board of Nursing.
- Current KY or OH LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification required.
- Memory Care experience preferred.
- English language required.
- FOR THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT STATE LAW REQUIRES A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.
Memory Care Unit LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse Job Summary:
- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising all resident services.
- Regular rounding for all residents.
- Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of Specialized Memory Care.
