The Memory Care Program Manager ensures the quality care of all residents. This position works closely with all of the department heads in order to provide a continued quality of care to the residents up to ensure the continuity and quality of care continues. setting a good example. This position also requires a person who is capable of providing training and follow be able to be flexible and creative, but also have good time management skills and the ability to lead by including experience related to the progression of dementia. The Memory Care Program Manager must position requires an understanding and a commitment to the principals and values of the Community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General management responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Responsible for fulfilling daily, weekly and monthly job checklist duties.
2. Is knowledgeable of company policy and procedure.
3. Reads, Understands and appropriately documents on the 24 hour communication reports; Understands the resident alert status and documents appropriately in the resident’s record.
4. Understands and appropriately initiates an interim service plan; Ensures the Caregivers are aware of changes on the service plan.
5.Executive Director/Wellness Director of resident change of condition.
6. Accurately completes an incident report and begins the investigation.
7.Fill in as a Caregivers when needed.
8. Serves meals as requested
9. Responsible for the over-site of ordering incontinent supplies and any durable medical equipment as needed
10. Complete audits as directed by the Executive Director or Director of Resident Services
11. Maintain budget and spend down documentation
12. Responsible for ensuring that all Memory Care Residents have resident specific activity and social interaction appropriate to their current cognitive abilities
13. Conduct yourself and the business at all times so as not to detract from, or to reflect adversely on the reputation of the Community
14. Treat as confidential any information about the customers and personnel of the Community or their business, products, techniques, methods, systems, price books, advertising, plans and policies. Employee will not, during their employment, or at any time thereafter, disclose such information, in whole or in part, to any person, firm, or corporation for any reason or purpose whatsoever as stated in the signed confidentiality agreement.
15. Keep current with all state required CEU’s related to Dementia care
16. Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
