About you:
We are looking for DAYTIME, Memory Care Supervisors / Memory Care Coordinator (MCC). This position is a hands-on supervisory / lead position that assists with medication administration, activities of daily living for our residents, and also ensure shifts run smoothly by working side-by-side with other caregivers. This position consists of 80% on the floor and 20% administrative work and reports directly to the Department Director / Manager.
A great fit for this position is someone who has 5 years experience or more as a caregiver and has a Certified Caregiver, Certified Nurse Assistant, or Medical Assistant certificate in addition to Memory Careexperience that includes either certification in: CDP, PAC, Comfort Matters, CARES or equivalent experience implementing these type of programs. The Memory Care Coordinator positions are a full-time position that typically works 10-12 hour shifts. The schedule will be split between two supervisory staff to have daytime coverage 7-days per week. Both positions **may** include Up to one shift on the weekend.
