** Pay rate between $25.25-34.09/hour **
(based on experience and shift differential)

Requirements for a Friendly Home LPN:
- Graduation from a school of practical nursing.
- Current NYS LPN License
Responsibilities for a Friendly Home LPN:
- Performs nursing care for Members following established policies and procedures under the general supervision of the Charge Nurse.
- May administer medications after having been oriented to the medication procedure of the Friendly Home.
- Recognizes and reports signs and symptoms observed in Members assigned to daily care; may record observations in the medical record after orientation to this procedure.
- Maintains adequate fluid intake of Members who are unable to hydrate themselves.
