Full Time Opportunity
Daily Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist them with their Whole Body Cryotherapy, Sculpt Pod or Kaasen Body Sculpting Sessions
- Conduct tours/educate guests on all Cryo Recovery and Wellness services, sell Transformation Packages and and Memberships.
- Daily operations – perform opening and closing procedures, obtain and review waivers, create a guest profile in our point-of-sale system, schedule and manage reservations, answer calls and emails, obtain reviews, testimonials and videos to promote business, follow-up on new client leads; potential sales, maintain laundry and inventory throughout the day/week. THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK IS A MUST!
- Work closely with the Manager to set daily expectations and goals, achieve sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and annually, identify and solve problems and complete daily tasks, but should also be able to assist the Manager and other team members on an individual level should they need help. MUST BE GOAL ORIENTED!
- You will also be responsible for ongoing education of our products and services for not only yourself, but in conversation with current members.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and esthetically welcoming environment for our clients.
- Work as part of a team, but also possess the skills necessary to perform duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision
Qualifications Desired
- You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
- You have experience in health coaching, personal training, nutritional counseling
- High energy, outgoing individual with great smile and firm handshake
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Health oriented with a desire for personal growth and development
- A desire to promote health and wellness for the benefit of others well being
- Goal oriented, self motivated, hard working mentality
- Excellent computer skills including the use of spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team
- Must be coachable and able to handle constructive assistance
- Ability to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week on a flexible schedule including Days, Evenings, Weekends (Required) *Closed All Major Holidays
- Must be able to multitask and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to analyze numbers and reports

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
