Membership Sales Person Extraordinaire

Spavia Day Spa is seeking a part-time or Full-time Membership SalesPerson Extraordinaire to join our Foothills Mall team. Needs to be a Sales Person Extraordinaire! Commission is made on product and Membership Sales for additional incentive. Must have at least one year of Membership Sales and some proof of % close rate. Spa experience is highly preferred.

We have a realistic monthly Membership Sales quota and you are awarded additionally if you exceed your goal. If you are great at sales it is easy to add $4 or more to your hourly rate just with commission. You are required to meet your monthly Membership Sales goal.

Two years plus of sales experience required. 1 year of Membership Sales experience required. Spa industry experience preferred.

At least one weekend day and ability to do 1-2 closes a week is mandatory.

Exceptional customer service is also a big part of the job. Must be an extravert, outgoing, naturally friendly to people, reliable, good at multi-tasking and switching gears to check people in, check people out, do laundry and folding, fill in the lockers and retreat rooms as well as sales. Must be a person who is good at jumping in and not someone who it timid to try new things.

Base pay rate will depend on how many years of sales and customer service experience you have. At least two years of sales/customer service experience required.

Potential for advancement to Lead Guest Advisor or Supervisor is possible.

-Mac experience or MindBody experience a plus.

Salary: $16.00-17.00 per hour base depending on years of experience and sales ability. Plus Commission.
