JOB DESCRIPTION:
Car Wash Membership Sales Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car WashSales Lead with a specialized focus on Membership Sales and premium wash sales. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall Car Wash experience for our clients while maximizing revenue through Membership Sales and wash upgrades.
Responsibilities:
Membership Sales:

• Actively promote and sell Car Wash Memberships to customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits of membership, including cost savings, convenience, and exclusive perks.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of different membership tiers and tailor recommendations based on customer needs.

Premium Wash Sales:

• Upsell top category premium Car Washes and upgrades to enhance the customer's experience.
• Provide detailed information on available premium washes, ensuring customers are aware of the value-added services to get their car the cleanest.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to suggesting premium washes and thoroughly execute the 5-step sales process.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable wash packages and upgrades.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Payment Processing:

• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
• Provide receipts and ensure customers are informed about payment details.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

• Keep the Car Wash area clean and organized.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:
Sales Experience:

• Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role - especially retail or door to door sales.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Customer Focus:

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Car Wash
• Proof of being at least 16 years old
