Membership Sales Associate / South Austin Sauna Studio

Do you (and your friends) value free infrared sauna sessions? Do you want a position where you can make extra sales commissions of $100-$200/ month?
If you are reliable, friendly, and radiate positive energy, we'd LOVE to talk to you! This position will keep you busy while helping our clients feel good! You'll handle customer service, cleaning sauna rooms in between guests, and selling memberships. Our Membership Sales Associates are critical to our business because they set the tone for every guest experience which impacts our company's growth on a daily basis.

• Seeking 20 hours a week. Must have general availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest (4404 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite C, ATX 78749)
• Studio Hours:
  • Mon thru Thurs: 7 am9 pm;
  • Fri: 7 am7 pm;
  • Sat thru Sun: 8 am7 pm

Preferred Experience:

• Sales : 1 Year
• Customer Service: 1 Year
• Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)
• Sell memberships and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!)
• Give each new guest a studio tour
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facilitys towel supply area
• Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance
