SalaryMembership sales for a fast paced fitness studio. Candidates must be strong in sales, community outreach, and business-to-business networking. Must be proficient in social media platforms. Our ideal candidates have a passion for fitness and live a healthy lifestyle, previous sales experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Must be a great communicator with outgoing personality and ability to start conversations with people. Commission sales experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel special and are motivated for their workouts
Assist members during their visits by greeting, answering questions, and providing instruction where required
Prospect and promote in order to sell new memberships
Social media posting and marketing on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Sell retail and products to members
Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness
Coachable and dependable
Outgoing Personality
Rotating weekends
