What you'll do:
- Develop and implement strategies for an enhanced member experience, exceeding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for effective promotional campaigns to attract and retain members.
- Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve departmental operations.
- Foster relationships with corporate clients and community organizations to generate sales leads and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual Preferred but not required
- Passion to serve others
- 3-5 years of customer service
- 3- 5 years of Sales
- 1 year of Leadership
- Weekday availability including Saturdays
- Ability to effectively engage with a diverse clientele
