Member Services Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate as a Member Services team member. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our members. To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Duties include:

• Welcoming members and guests at reception.
• Listening to members needs and concerns attentively.
• Assist members and guests in planning itineraries via email, phone or face to face.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform various duties in planning and executing of club events.
• Prepare for arrivals and departures.
• Resolving member complaints in a professional manner.
• Booking and confirming all member/guest reservations including, but not limited to those for restaurants, activities, transportation, grocery delivery, spa appointments, baby-sitting and flower deliveries.
• Placing follow up calls to members/guests after receipt of pre-arrival form.
• Performing clerical duties as required.
• Attending to any specials needs of the guests.
• Awareness of local events both on and off property.

• High school diploma or an equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Member Service Representative or a similar position in a customer service department.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Highly organized individual.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Outstanding decision-making abilities.
• A close eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in teams and on your own.

Full and parttime positions available. Starting wage is $22.00/hour. Weekends required.
