Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media/Teller. The Social Media/Teller will be responsible for managing the credit union's social media presence, providing excellent customer service, and processing financial transactions. This role will require some Saturday shifts.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management platforms
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
