The Honda Federal Credit Union provides quality financial services to members of the Honda Family.
The purpose of the Sr. MSR position is to understand, perform, and troubleshoot a variety of Member Services such as process and record routine transactions, open and close accounts, process consumer R/E loan applications, file disputes, and assist members with any questions or concerns in relation to their account.
Key Accountabilities
- Assisting members in a professional, courteous, efficient manner
- Cross Selling HFCU products and services for the benefit of the member, while keeping in mind the business
- Working within a team to accomplish the overall goals/products/services required
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Familiarity and ability to review credit reports
- Consumer lending experience
- Commitment to quality member service
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience and sales skills within a financial institution
- Strong ability to work in a multi-task environment
- Strong customer service communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to learn multiple systems to perform daily work
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- High School Diploma/GED
